STEP 2 – DNA appointments
   
    Processing the application and Candidate file completed
    CV and profile pack e-mailed to relevant vacancy
    Feedback obtained from Client
    Interview arranged for successful Candidates
    Interview decline discussed with unsuitable Candidates
       
STEP 3 –DNA appointments & Candidate
    Suitable interview time and location arranged
    Face to face briefing with DNA appointments to discuss/share Client information and vacancy criteria
       
STEP 4 – Candidate & Client
    1st Interviews conducted
       
STEP 5 –DNA appointments & Candidate
    Candidate de-briefs DNA appointments
    DNA appointments will feedback information to Client
       
STEP 6 –DNA appointments & Candidate
    All Candidates are informed on Client feedback in a constructive manner
    Action plan agreed with all Candidates
       
STEP 7 –DNA appointments & Client
    Discuss short-list for 2nd interviews and arrange
    Candidates all informed of 2nd interview details
       
STEP 8 – Candidate & Client
    2nd interviews conducted
       
STEP 9 – DNA appointments & Candidate
    Candidate de-briefs DNA appointments
    DNA appointments will feedback information to Client
       
STEP 10 –DNA appointments & Candidate
    All Candidates are informed on Client feedback in a constructive manner
       
STEP 11 –DNA appointments, Client & Candidate
    Client informs DNA appointments on offer details
    DNA appointments will then make verbal offer to successful Candidate and inform Client of acceptance
    DNA appointments to inform all unsuccessful Candidates – agree action plan
    Offer letter/contract sent to Candidate
    Candidate resignation
    Agreed start date set with Candidate and Client
       
STEP 12 –DNA appointments, Client & Candidate
    The start date arrives DNA appointments will contact both Client and Candidate to ensure all parties are happy
    1 month call to Client and Candidate to review the success of the recruitment process.
